This week's tips
- •Practice pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) to help with bladder control and prepare for labor
- •Elevate your feet when sitting to reduce swelling; limit salt intake
- •Use a pregnancy pillow or stack regular pillows to support your bump, back, and between knees while sleeping
- •Stay hydrated—aim for 8-10 glasses of water daily, but taper intake before bed
- •Wear supportive, flat shoes and compression socks if swelling is significant
- •Discuss birth plan options and preferences with your healthcare provider at this appointment
